Most items will be shipped by USPS or FEDEX and if your order is placed prior to 3 p.m. EST Monday through Friday, it may be shipped out the same day. If your order is placed after 3 p.m. or on a Saturday/Sunday/Holiday it is shipped out the next business day.
TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. You can also CLICK HERE to check the tracking status.
RETURNS
CLICK HERE to fill out the return form within 30 days of receiving the item(s) if you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you received the incorrect size/color/item.
CONDITION & RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have the original tag(s) and packaging such as metal container(s) for bracelets. Items returned after 30 days will be accepted at our discretion in the form of store credit towards future purchases.
SHIPPING CHARGES
We will refund the original shipping charges and issue free shipping on exchanges only if we sent the wrong item(s) or the item(s) sent contained significant defects.
REFUNDS
Once we process your return, you are eligible for a refund back to the original credit card. The refund you receive will be the total sum of your initial purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to show up in your account.
EXCHANGES
Instead of receiving a refund for your return, you are also welcome to apply credit towards new item(s). The credit will be the entire initial purchase amount which includes shipping and taxes (if applicable).
